Supplier Management
1. Our company has a supplier assessment procedure, and has established and implemented a standard procedure for purchasing contract review and approval.
2. Our purchasing documents are sufficient to ensure product safety control and our customers' demands.
3. We will keep our supplier assessment reports for more than 3 years.

After Sales Service
1. If the customer finds defective products within 3 months after receiving the goods, please provide relevant records of
defective products.After confirming the situation, Sunshine will negotiate the loss according to the damage rate of defective products, and the compensation for dective products can reach 100%.
2. In principle, we do not provide after-sales service,because we have a mandatory requirement that all products are 100%
qualified before shipment.
